Our repairer use the latest in repair equipment to ensure that each repair exceeds the exacting standards made by our partners and vehicle manufacturers, using only approved parts and engineers that are fully trained in all aspects of vehicle repair.

What if there's a problem with my repairs?

Should you encounter any issues with your repair, reach out to your repairer and describe the issue. Their contact information is provided on your guarantee certificate. Being a Vizion-approved repairer, they will examine the problem and assist you in resolving it.

Where can I find my guarantee certificate?

Your certificate will be ready within 12 hours of you collecting your vehicle. We'll send you an email or SMS when it's ready to download.
